Mindset Ministry Mastermind
Change Your Mindset
Transform Your Life
WHAT IS A MASTERMIND?
A community for highly motivated individuals who want to expand their leadership capacity, share ideas, and build relationship while being challenge and encouraged.
Who is this for?
Who are ready to grow both personally & professionally.
Who are excited about sharing ideas and learning from others.
Who are willing to put in time and energy to become better leaders.
Who want to grow their churches and ministries.
Pastors long for supportive, loving, engaging conversations — that help find balance between their ministry at church, their home and as they care for themselves.
Masterminds can easily provide this support, accountability, guidance and a change of mindset in their work and their life.
The Ministry Mindset Mastermind meets for 60 minutes once a week over 6 months.
Each meeting follows the same general format:
Opening prayer/devotion (5 Min)
Followup on previous week’s commitments (10 Min)
Member Hot seat (30 Min) (each member will have one week where they can take time to talk about things going on in their work, in their life or whatever else they want to talk about and the group can respond)
Commitments for the week (10 Min)
End with Prayer (5 Min)
Each participant receives the following:
- Personalized Conversation about ministry and mission
- Integrative conversations that grow self-awareness and church leadership
- Over 20 hours of group leadership training around mission/vision/key result areas
- A safe and encouraging space to grow, discuss, fellowship and explore
- **All this for $150/month
Adding up the value of a practical, hands on, leadership acceleration program with this scope would be more than $2,500.

The concept of the Mastermind was formally introduced by Napoleon Hill in the early 1900’s. Hill defined the MasterMind principle as:
“The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.”
In other words, a Mastermind group is a type of peer advisory board, where members of the group come together to tap into the experience and skills of each other, to provide instant and valuable support, to problem solve and encourage each other who have like-minded goals.
In a Mastermind, each person’s participation is key. Your peers give you feedback; you brainstorm possibilities, you share best practices and even set up accountability structures that keep you focused and on track with your goals. Masterminds create a community of supportive colleagues who will innovate together to move the persons in the group to new heights. It’s like having a totally objective board of directors and partners in a shared endeavor.
I’ll share with you the principals and tools I’ve used for more than ten years as a pastor in relation to churches and over a dozen different ministries throughout the Northeast United States.
You’ll have access to me on a weekly basis to coach, motivate and inspire you towards your ministry goals, as well as the support and encouragement of others in the group.
One of the biggest benefits of a Mastermind, according to Hill, is that you
“may borrow and use the education, the experience, the influence and perhaps the capital of other people in carrying out your own plans in life.”
