Pastors long for supportive, loving, engaging conversations — that help find balance between their ministry at church, their home and as they care for themselves.
Masterminds can easily provide this support, accountability, guidance and a change of mindset in their work and their life.
The Ministry Mindset Mastermind meets for 60 minutes once a week over 6 months.
Each meeting follows the same general format:
Opening prayer/devotion (5 Min)
Followup on previous week’s commitments (10 Min)
Member Hot seat (30 Min) (each member will have one week where they can take time to talk about things going on in their work, in their life or whatever else they want to talk about and the group can respond)
Commitments for the week (10 Min)
End with Prayer (5 Min)
Each participant receives the following:
Adding up the value of a practical, hands on, leadership acceleration program with this scope would be more than $2,500.
If that is not enough for you that’s okay because we have more to offer!
